Insoo Lee Harris, CEO/Director of NursingKathleen Gossen-Shaffer, Administrative Assistant. Kathy worked nearly 20 years for the Department of the Navy, as a procurement agent and an editor. She then worked in education and special needs childcare. In her current position, she is a caregiver and administrative support.Becky Mlynek RN, BSN has been a Johns Hopkins nurse for over 20 years, working in a range of areas that include Neurology and Neurosurgery, OB-GYN, and Geriatric Psychiatry and Chronic Pain Management. She began working for Best of Best Home Care 3 years ago and enjoys utilizing her years of experience to meet the needs of her clients in the comfort of their own home.
